Jungsup Kim, an South Korea native, is an experienced attorney who entered the legal arena as a judicial law clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal where he assisted residing judges. He then ventured into bankruptcy law and represented both debtors and creditors in New Jersey Kim's career path in law led to him entering the field of document review and litigation. He expands his presence in bankruptcy law as a partner at Shipkevich PLLC bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and skills.
Prior to relocating to the United States, Mr. Kim was an established professional in corporate South Korea, lending his knowledge and expertise to large engineering and construction companies. In fact, He was instrumental in seeing Hyundai Engineering and Construction through the 1997 Asian financial crisis. Mr. Kim also served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army Central Finance Corps.
In his career as a lawyer, Mr. Kim not only draws from the research and litigation skills that he acquired at an early stage in this profession, but also from his excellent education at Western Michigan University.
